Pastor Harry Pressley grew up in the South Jersey area in the turbulent years of the 60s and 70s. When he received Christ as his Savior in 1973, through the testimony of his Vietnam veteran brother, Dennis, he experienced a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pastor Harry started Calvary Chapel of South Jersey as a small home fellowship in Woodbury, New Jersey, in 1984. Forty years later he remains committed to giving real life answers through the Word of God and to teaching simple verse by verse teaching of the Bible with practical application for our every day lives.

Pastor Harry and his wife Irma live in West Deptford, have raised their six children, and now enjoy their grandchildren.
